I've been coming to Dr. Norman Wong's office since moving here in 2021 and just came from my regular semi-annual appointment today -- WOW! Dr. Wong and all of his staff continue to live up to their professional and personable ways. Dr. Wong is probably the friendliest dentist that I have ever seen. He is also knowledgeable, competent, gentle, and experienced. His office is small, but the care that he and his hygienists (Deanna is my fave!) provide is top notch. I also like: 1) that my hygienist diligently applies a topical anesthetic to my gums/teeth before beginning to scale my teeth; 2) that my exam includes a general check of all my teeth, my bite mechanics, my tongue and mouth soft tissue, regular periodic measurements to track any gum recession; yearly x-rays (bitewing and panoramic views); and 3) an opportunity to ask questions about my care and what I can expect at my next appointment. Miscellaneous pluses: I can easily schedule early morning appointments. Besides being friendly and respectful to patients, all of the staff are friendly and respectful to one another.
